These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Saloon Bar website and to enquiries and bookings made with Saloon Bar. By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. SALOON BAR

2. ENTRY
There is no general entry fee for Saloon Bar.
Entry is subject to venue capacity, opening hours and management discretion.
Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave where reasonably necessary, including in cases of intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow staff instructions, or where the safety and enjoyment of other guests may be affected.
Guests may be asked to provide valid photographic identification.
3. OPENING HOURS & ENTERTAINMENT
Opening hours, live music, DJs, performers and entertainment schedules may change without notice.
We do our best to keep information on our website and social media accurate and up to date, but advertised artists, timings and entertainment may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control.
Changes to entertainment schedules do not create an entitlement to compensation.
4. GROUP BOOKINGS
Group booking enquiries can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once confirmation has been provided by Saloon Bar.
Any specific deposit, minimum spend, cancellation or other conditions applicable to a group booking will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Guests remain responsible for the behaviour of their group while visiting the venue.
5. SPECIAL EVENTS
From time to time, Saloon Bar may host special events or offer tickets for specific occasions.
Where separate ticketing, cancellation or refund conditions apply, these will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and will form part of the applicable booking conditions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, normal entry to Saloon Bar is free.
6. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Saloon Bar reserves the right to change or cancel entertainment, opening hours, events or other advertised activities where reasonably necessary.
Where a paid ticketed event is cancelled by Saloon Bar, any refund rights and process will be communicated directly to affected customers.
For group bookings, the cancellation conditions provided when the booking is confirmed will apply.
7. ALCOHOL & RESPONSIBLE DRINKING
Saloon Bar promotes responsible drinking.
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with French law, and our team reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol where appropriate.
Guests must not purchase or provide alcohol for anyone who is not legally permitted to consume it.

French law regulates the advertising and promotion of alcoholic beverages, including advertising online.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Photography and filming may occasionally take place at Saloon Bar for promotional and social media purposes.
Where organised photography or filming is taking place, we will take reasonable steps to respect guests who do not wish to participate.
If you appear prominently in content published by Saloon Bar and have a concern about its use, please contact valt@saloonbar.com.
Guests are also welcome to take photographs and videos for personal use, provided this does not interfere with the enjoyment, safety or privacy of others.
9. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date.
However, opening hours, entertainment schedules, prices, offers and other information may change. We cannot guarantee that all information will be error-free or continuously available.
Where there is a difference between information displayed on the website and information confirmed directly by Saloon Bar in relation to a booking, the information provided as part of the confirmed booking will apply.
